Privacy policy — scope

This policy applies to visits to and interactions with our websites (arwicom-group.com and its subdomains) and to requests you send us by e-mail, through forms, messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) or by phone.

We process personal data in accordance with the law of the Republic of Armenia and, where applicable, the GDPR for clients in the European Union.

What data we collect and why

Contact details you give us (name, company, e-mail, phone, messenger handle) — to reply to your request and, if we work together, to perform the contract.

Technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected by analytics tools — to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

Contract and project data — to deliver the services, issue invoices and comply with accounting requirements.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 and Yandex.Metrica, which set cookies to measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the website will keep working.

We do not use cookies for advertising profiling on this website.

Retention

Requests and correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Contract and project data are kept for the term of the contract and up to 7 years afterwards, as required by accounting law.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to office@arwicom-group.com; we will do so unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive a copy of it. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Terms of service — in short

Services are provided under an individual agreement (offer, contract or invoice) that fixes the scope, timeline and price before work begins.

Payment is accepted in EUR, USD or AMD. Unless agreed otherwise, work starts after a prepayment and the result is handed over after full payment.

The client receives all rights to the delivered result (design, code, content) after full payment, except third-party components licensed under their own terms.

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the respective service, except in cases of wilful misconduct and where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Applicable law: Republic of Armenia. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation.

ARWI CRM and TRYAM

ARWI CRM (arwi-crm.arwicom-group.com) and TRYAM (tryam.arwicom-group.com) are operated by the same entrepreneur. Client data uploaded to these applications belongs to the client; we process it only to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties.
